Messages you may receive
When you opt in, we may text you about your requested quote or inquiry, appointments, documents, and policy service. This program does not include unrelated promotional messages.
Your choice, frequency, and rates
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving service. Message frequency varies based on your requests and policy needs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop messages or request support by emailing steve.page@snugharborinsurance.com or calling (832) 413-5019. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation. Further program messages require a new opt-in.
Delivery and important limitations
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not intended for emergencies. Do not rely on a text message alone to bind, change, or cancel insurance coverage; obtain confirmation from an authorized representative. Please tell us if you change or give up your mobile number.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers, SMS consent, and message records. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
