Plenty of agencies stop there and call that service. What a portal cannot tell you is whether a claim is worth filing, or why your renewal moved, or what a carrier meant by that letter. Those are still a licensed person, usually the same day.

New car, new driver, a renovation, a move, a boat. Tell us early. Changes made before a loss are simple; after one they are not.
Call us before you do anything. We will explain what drove it and re-shop it if the increase is not justified by the market.
Call us first if you safely can. We will file it, follow the adjuster and translate what they tell you. You do not have to do this alone.
Do not start with the portal and do not start with a form. Claims are the moment this relationship is actually worth something, and a person should be on the other end of it.
